slow service
The poolside service was slow. Many times, I had to wait an unnecessarily long time to get a drink. The staff seemed understaffed, and orders took a while to arrive. It started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. This made relaxing by the pool more difficult than I hoped.

The breakfast was wonderful by the pool!!! the chef prepared eggs and noodle soup. pastry was very nice. the location was also excellent. I found it close to the palace, museum, and riverfront.
i contacted the hotel three separate times. i wanted to book my transfer from the airport, but none of my messages got a reply. i arrived with no transport arranged despite my best efforts. this level of communication is unacceptable.

impractical layoutflimsy screen
the room felt smaller that advertised, and the layout was impractical. the bathroom did not had a proper door, just a flimsy screen, this provided little privacy. also, the safe in the room was not functioning, i asked for assistance but no one came to fix it during my entire stay. i find this unacceptable considering the supposed high standards of security.

The gym had three treadmills. It also provided two stationary bikes. The pool's dimensions are generous. It featured about twenty loungers and a shaded section. I found this to be a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle.
