The poolside service was slow. Many times, I had to wait an unnecessarily long time to get a drink. The staff seemed understaffed, and orders took a while to arrive. It started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. This made relaxing by the pool more difficult than I hoped.

delicious food great chef convenient location no reply communication failure transport arrangement
The breakfast was wonderful by the pool!!! the chef prepared eggs and noodle soup. pastry was very nice. the location was also excellent. I found it close to the palace, museum, and riverfront.
i contacted the hotel three separate times. i wanted to book my transfer from the airport, but none of my messages got a reply. i arrived with no transport arranged despite my best efforts. this level of communication is unacceptable.

impractical layout flimsy screen
the room felt smaller that advertised, and the layout was impractical. the bathroom did not had a proper door, just a flimsy screen, this provided little privacy. also, the safe in the room was not functioning, i asked for assistance but no one came to fix it during my entire stay. i find this unacceptable considering the supposed high standards of security.

the hotel boasts open architecture, and uses older buildings as a reference. my room included a balcony offering a pool view. the staff were pros. houn at the front desk was helpful.

The hotel is centrally located with attractions and food venues within walking distance. I found it a gorgeous serene oasis that remained quiet and peaceful despite the street hustle. this location offers great accessibility.

The room was immaculate and clean. i found no issues with the linen or the bathroom itself. The gym has a variety of equipment. the bed was comfortable.

shaded section gym treadmills peaceful retreat
The gym had three treadmills. It also provided two stationary bikes. The pool's dimensions are generous. It featured about twenty loungers and a shaded section. I found this to be a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle.
